Infinity-Info (DBA Infinity Web Solutions) Enterprise Governance & Compliance Framework
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the Infinity-Info demand-side platform (DSP), supply-side platform (SSP), or OpenRTB APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service entered into with DBA Infinity Web Solutions (Office # 704, Rafat Tower, Al Qusais Industrial Fourth, Dubai, UAE Post Box: 115796).
2. Advertiser Content Policy & Brand Safety
All creatives submitted through our platform must comply with applicable international laws. Prohibited content includes malware, unauthorized intellectual property, misleading claims, and non-consensual tracking code. Violations will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of ad balances.
3. Publisher Quality & Invalid Traffic (IVT)
Publishers agree not to generate invalid traffic, employ automated bot mechanisms, or force clicks. All impression liquidity is verified in real-time by deep learning anti-fraud algorithms. Traffic detected as invalid traffic (IVT) will not be eligible for payment clearing.
4. Financial Clearing & Governing Law
Payouts and payments are cleared via verified Wire/Bank Transfer and Stripe. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
